We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Vice President, Sales to help super-charge sales of Phare Claim, our industry-leading AI-assisted/autonomous coding and CDI platform to enterprise healthcare providers. Over time, this individual will also lead sales of Phare's front and back-end revenue cycle products as well (i.e. for prior authorizations, denials, etc.). This is a hands-on, strategic role for a senior sales leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and can both close deals personally as well as help design the systems, processes, and messaging that will scale with the business.
* This role is sales commission eligible with an average base pay of $175k and target OTE ranging from $425k-$475k+ commensurate with experience*
