VP Sales, Phare - Enterprise AI & Automation

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Vice President, Sales to help super-charge sales of Phare Claim, our industry-leading AI-assisted/autonomous coding and CDI platform to enterprise healthcare providers. Over time, this individual will also lead sales of Phare's front and back-end revenue cycle products as well (i.e. for prior authorizations, denials, etc.). This is a hands-on, strategic role for a senior sales leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and can both close deals personally as well as help design the systems, processes, and messaging that will scale with the business.

* This role is sales commission eligible with an average base pay of $175k and target OTE ranging from $425k-$475k+ commensurate with experience*

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition with hospitals, health systems, and large provider groups
  • Own the full enterprise sales process: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, contracting, and handoff to implementation
  • Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships across Revenue Cycle, HIM, Compliance, and IT
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate customer needs into clear positioning and sales enablement materials; and continually refine messaging based on product evolution, market feedback, and shifting industry dynamics
  • Develop repeatable sales motions, forecasting discipline, and scalable processes as the team grows
  • Represent market feedback internally with clarity, insight, and intellectual rigor

What You Bring

  • Extensive sales experience, with a strong track record selling healthcare SaaS/AI solutions into enterprise provider organizations
  • Deep understanding of healthcare (revenue cycle operations a plus), along with relevant C-suite and VP-level industry relationships
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and executive presence; proven ability to engage executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort with consultative, solution-based selling
  • Highly collaborative with a track record of working effectively across teams
  • High intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and a self-starter mentality
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $110,000.00 - $181,244.55 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
