About your role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee all aspects of service delivery for one of our key clients. This role is responsible for driving strategic alignment, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as the primary point of accountability for client success. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to align client objectives with organizational capabilities as well as oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Negotiate settlements for SLAs and other financial claims – manage the client “bank”, to trade small-medium financial claims of client and Fiserv.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead customer business reviews and/or creating client operational performance reviews.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability, provide product and technical support – engaging SME’s as necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure effective risk management and issue resolution across all operational areas.
  • Ensure Fiserv has accurate and up to date documentation of the client architecture and processing environment, product matrix, and custom processes.

Experience you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years in client leadership, strategic account management, or business oversight roles.
  • Experience managing revenue portfolios, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining C-suite relationships and driving client satisfaction scores.
  • Track record of delivering year-over-year revenue growth and acting as a business owner.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans for large enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in setting and achieving KPIs tied to client success and profitability.
  • Capable of hiring, nurturing and motivating a strategic account team at a high growth company, and successfully improving sourced and influenced revenue and client engagement.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in healthcare/insurance industries, specifically Output Solutions business. 
  • Contract and negotiation experience.

How you’ll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
