The Program Team Leader (PTL) is a passionate, globally minded drug developer who brings adaptable leadership, deep strategic product development expertise, and a relentless commitment to delivering transformative medicines to patients. As a highly visible leader, the PTL partners closely with an experienced Program Manager and a cross functional team to shape Program strategy, define goals and priorities, and chart an integrated plan that balances a future focused vision of global commercial access with the pragmatic decision-making needed to advance through complex development milestones.
This role is based in Waltham, MA without the possibility of being a remote role.
