Broadridge is seeking a strategic, client-focused, and execution-oriented Vice President, Product Management – BBD Solutions to lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key BBD businesses, including US Proxy, Global Class Actions, and Customer Remediation. Reporting to the GM of US Proxy, this role will serve as the senior product leader across these businesses, with responsibility for driving product vision, execution, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

Partnering closely with businesses, platform product team, and technology teams, this leader will be client facing, and represent the voice of the BBD customer working with to advance high-impact opportunities that improve efficiency, strengthen resiliency, and position Broadridge for future growth.  In addition, this leader will own tokenization and digital asset strategy and execution across all BBD Solutions. In this capacity, the role will maintain a dotted-line relationship to the President of BBD.

This role sits at the center of Broadridge’s product ecosystem—acting as the voice of the customer internally and as a trusted, visible partner externally. The VP will work directly with clients and across BBD business leaders, operations, platform product, and IT teams to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, ensure timely execution, and deliver solutions that both enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth. This leader will also manage a small team supporting these businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Business Leadership

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated BBD Solutions businesses, including US Proxy, Global Class Actions, and Customer Remediation.
  • Align product strategy to business priorities, client needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise platform capabilities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute product strategies that create operational efficiencies, improve scalability, enhance client outcomes, and fuel revenue growth.
  • Establish clear prioritization frameworks, business cases, investment plans, and success metrics to drive measurable product and business outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure product priorities support both near-term delivery commitments and long-term strategic objectives.


 

Tokenization & Digital Asset Strategy

  • Lead Broadridge’s tokenization and digital asset product strategy across all BBD Solutions, identifying high-value use cases where distributed ledger technology, tokenized assets, and digital workflows as digital equities become more prevalent and our BBD clients need additional support and services.
  • Evaluate opportunities to apply tokenization, blockchain, smart contracts, and digital asset capabilities across our governance businesses. 
  • Partner with senior leadership, platform teams, architecture, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to shape practical, scalable, and institution-ready digital asset solutions.
  • Serve as an internal thought leader on tokenization and digital asset trends, market developments, ecosystem opportunities, and regulatory implications.


Client Engagement & Voice of the Customer

  • Serve as a senior, client-facing product leader and trusted advisor to Broadridge clients across the BBD Solutions portfolio.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, translating client feedback, pain points, and emerging needs into actionable product priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Conduct client discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and usage studies to inform product design, enhancements, and market positioning.
  • Represent product strategy in key client discussions, industry forums, and strategic engagements as appropriate.


 

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through requirements definition, development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure product requirements are clearly documented and communicated through product definition documents, user stories, and other appropriate artifacts.
  • Partner closely with platform product and IT teams to ensure priorities are understood, dependencies are managed, and execution remains on track.
  • Drive disciplined roadmap management, release planning, issue resolution, and delivery oversight to ensure timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong product governance and cross-functional coordination across multiple business and technology teams.


 

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Operate effectively across BBD businesses, serving as the connective point between clients, business leadership, operations, platform product, and IT.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Service, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Client Success teams.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and business partners.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing and commercial teams on product positioning, launch planning, client communications, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop release documentation and support training for sales, service, and operations teams on new features and functionality.


 

Risk, Regulatory & Controls Alignment

  • Ensure products and enhancements remain aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, operational controls, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams to embed governance, resiliency, transparency, and auditability into product design and execution.
  • Monitor relevant regulatory and industry developments and incorporate required changes into roadmap and product planning.


 

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team supporting product management across the covered BBD businesses.
  • Foster a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team culture focused on execution, innovation, and client impact.
  • Provide clarity on priorities, development opportunities, and performance expectations for direct reports.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management, product strategy, or related leadership experience within financial services, fintech, or market infrastructure.
  • Strong experience leading complex products or platforms in highly regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of one or more relevant domains such as proxy/investment stewardship, corporate actions/class actions, customer remediation, regulatory communications, or related BPO/financial operations workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, and/or distributed ledger technology, preferably within institutional or regulated financial services environments.
  • Experience working directly with clients and translating market needs into product strategy and execution plans.
  • Proven success driving product roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and product documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with capital markets infrastructure, governance workflows, asset servicing, or post-trade operations.
  • Knowledge of digital asset regulatory considerations, including controls, privacy, custody, cross-border implications, and institutional adoption requirements.
  • Experience identifying and scaling products in emerging or evolving market segments.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
