Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented product leader to oversee and advance Broadridge's U.S. regulatory reporting products. Ideally, someone with deep knowledge of CAT and CAIS operations and processes who can shape our product roadmap to align with our client needs.
Based in our Newark, NJ office, the VP of Product Management will play a key role in defining our product vision, building scalable platforms, and ensuring solutions meet evolving market, client, and regulatory requirements - working across functional teams (sales, service, operations, technology, legal, marketing). The role requires significant client interaction.
Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on innovation, growth, and speed to market
Build a deep understanding of our clients and their needs through market research, customer interviews, and usage studies to inform product design and enhancements
Build and maintain the product management process, from product discovery phase through to product launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment, while continuously identifying and driving improvements to products in development or in production to ensure that the solutions best support the needs of existing customers and drive the value proposition to new customers
Identify new opportunities to scale and monetize offerings both internally and externally.
Communicate and evangelize product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders
Partner with engineering, data science, and technology teams to design and deliver scalable data-driven platforms.
Ensure all product requirements are properly captured and communicated to the Product Owner and Agile team through a Product Definition Document and User Stories
Serve as the point of contact for the product for the services and sales teams for questions; manage product issues and drive resolution of issues
Partner with the marketing organization to develop market positions and product promotions/campaigns
Lead, mentor, and develop product managers, analysts and cross-functional team members.
Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with global privacy, security, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of product management experience, ideally within institutional financial services or a related sector
Deep understanding of FINRA CAT/CAIS operations and processes. TRACE, MSRB, 605/606 experience welcome
Experience with cloud-based platforms, data lakes, data harmonization and validation
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Track record of driving product innovations, improvements, and achieving measurable business outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and ability to oversee requirements documentation
Strong ability to communicate with senior executives at current and prospective clients, as well as senior leaders internally
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $170,000 - $210,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
