  • Define the enterprise personalization vision and multi-year roadmap
  • Establish clear segmentation frameworks across Consumer, Commercial, and Securities
  • Set standards for what “good personalization” looks like, from basic to advanced

Customer Intelligence & Segmentation

  • Own audience strategy: personas, segments, sub-segments, and dynamic audiences
  • Partner with Data, Martech, and Analytics to operationalize signals (behavioral, transactional, firmographic)
  • Ensure segmentation is actionable, not academic

Personalization Execution & Orchestration

  • Lead personalization across lifecycle journeys, web, email, paid media, and sales enablement
  • Move the org beyond static rules into decisioning, testing, and optimization
  • Partner with Content, Brand, and Product to scale modular, reusable assets

Measurement & Impact

  • Define success metrics tied to business outcomes (conversion, speed to value, retention, cross-sell)
  • Establish test-and-learn frameworks and governance
  • Translate insights into executive-level reporting

Governance & Enablement

  • Create enterprise standards, playbooks, and guardrails
  • Enable teams to execute personalization consistently without fragmentation
  • Serve as the connective tissue between BUs, Strategy, Martech, and Data

Technical & Data Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to independently explore, validate, and pressure-test large, complex datasets
  • Experience working directly with enterprise data warehouses and lakehouse environments (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), where SQL is a primary interface
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
    • Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) data models (leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities)
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud (CDP) concepts, including audience activation and lifecycle orchestration
  • Ability to interpret and challenge:
    • Segmentation logic and audience definitions
    • Data joins, signal reliability, and lifecycle stage mapping across systems
  • Proven ability to translate data from Salesforce, CDPs, and data lakes into actionable personalization and segmentation strategies
  • Comfortable operating in regulated environments where data governance, consent, and lineage matter

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in personalization, lifecycle, growth strategy, or customer intelligence
  • Deep experience with CDPs, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with operational credibility
  • Comfortable influencing across Product, Data, Sales, and Marketing
  • Financial services or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred
