What you will be doing:

Bellese is looking for a Vice President of Technology to define and lead technology strategy at the company.  You will have a deep background in software development to identify and help our teams adopt the right tools, approaches, and solutions to develop technology in a modern environment. You’ll set a high bar for quality and technology innovation throughout the company and ensure that our teams meet it.  You’ll oversee technology efforts across the company and support growth efforts using traditional and innovative approaches. 


Required Qualifications & Experience: 

  • A strong background in software engineering and modern software development

  • Experience leading and managing teams of technologists 

  • Demonstrated experience building solutions using AI or leading teams that use AI to build solutions

  • A vision for implementing AI for a consulting organization

  • Experience leading efforts to grow organizations

  • Experience with early stage product engineering


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience delivering digital products or services for government agencies, public sector organizations, or other regulated environments. Familiarity with the unique challenges of large scale technology systems (legacy constraints, security, compliance, etc.).

  • Experience with a P&L line of business and an understanding of the process of selling services to clients

  • Experience developing solutions for public healthcare problems and an understanding of the challenges (e.g., HIPAA, data inconsistencies)  and opportunities (e.g., FHIR) that result.
