About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced change professional for its Markets Change Program within CIB FO change team in India. The individual is expected to independently manage and execute end-to-end delivery of their deliverables, work with technology and business stakeholders and run respective workstreams. Finally, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in global team discussions, projects/process enhancement plans and encourage creative thinking amongst the team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of high complexity within change management and contribute to project plans and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution in accordance with change management timelines
- Review and analyze complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement strategies
- Analyze or resolve resource requirements, project dependencies, planning or progression, financials management, status reporting, effective communications, ongoing risk adaptation, appropriate escalation strategies and implementation while leading project team to meet change management deliverables and leveraging solid understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation
- Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project leads to achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, project management, change management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
- CIB domain & product knowledge –Markets, Risk/Capital, Product Control/Finance
- Ability to work with stakeholders to interpret requirements, present options for meeting needs, and ultimately develop solution to their satisfaction
- Convert business problem statements into cost effective, scalable, reliable & user-friendly solutions
- Maintain good understanding of external trends impacting the function, guides others to consider implications and adapt
- Lead meetings, drive agendas forward and empower decisions
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communications to the intended audience

- Leads & partners on change initiatives across the division in a seamless manner, collaborating with global stakeholders; facilitate discussions with leaders and subject matter experts to investigate and solve complex problems
- Identify opportunities for increasing operational efficiencies, perform root cause analysis to propose ideas that improve front to back processing across businesses, leading cross-functional long-term strategic goals
- Assists in projects such as defining project scope, developing roadmap and project plans, defining test approach and leading test execution across stakeholder teams with adherence to firm change management policy
Risk & Control Mindset:
- Ensures key program governance is monitored efficiently per policies and procedures.
- Ensures projects are executed and governed as prescribed by change management policy and procedures.
