This critical leadership role will define how the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent across all regions, functions, and business units. As a key partner to senior leadership, the Global Talent Acquisition Leader will deliver innovative recruitment strategies, align talent initiatives with business priorities, and build a world-class talent acquisition organization. Success in this role requires a global mindset, exceptional collaboration across Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business leaders, and the ability to deliver measurable results through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The Global Talent Acquisition Leader will set the vision and strategy for Regeneron’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce planning needs. This role will drive collaboration across HR Business Partners (HRBPs), COEs, and senior executives to anticipate workforce demands and design proactive strategies that position Regeneron as an employer of choice.
