Job Context

The Vice President of FP&A will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, balance sheet and cash flow analyses and reporting, and strategic planning. The VP of FP&A is responsible for helping the Executive Team and Board members gain financial visibility and insights into the business. They will conduct budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and analyses of the business. This person will also provide strategic guidance to the business and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and corporate objectives

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts

  • Develop multi-year strategic plans for the business in collaboration with leaders

  • Develop and track leading KPIs in line with our strategic initiatives and regional priorities

  • Develop high-quality presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership, supplemented by FP&A team inputs and actional insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (including Controllers, Human Resources, Corporate Strategy, Global Product Solutions, Investment teams) and Finance teams in advancing projects and managing the business

  • Drive a collaborative and supportive work environment, actively coaching and developing team members

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business preferred

  • Minimum 10 years experience

  • Financial analysis: The ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial statements

  • Critical thinking: The ability to think analytically and solve problems 

  • Communication: The ability to communicate well verbally 

  • Time management: The ability to manage time effectively 

  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in accounting standards, technologies, and client interactions 

  • Attention to detail: The ability to be thorough and pay close attention to detail 

  • Proficiency with financial software: The ability to use financial software and systems
