Vice President, Enterprise Sales (Fintech & Merchant Services)

About your role:

As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving transformative growth by securing long-term partnerships with high-value enterprise clients in the Technology and Fintech sectors. You will act as a strategic orchestrator, leveraging the full breadth of our global ecosystem to deliver integrated, end-to-end commerce and financial solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and penetrate Tier-1 enterprise accounts within the fintech and technology verticals, establishing deep-rooted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Complex Solution Design: Lead high-stakes, multi-disciplinary deals that integrate diverse product suites—including Embedded Finance, Card Services, Merchant Services, Network Services, Stablecoins, and Deposit Solutions.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Navigate and mobilize internal cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Risk, and Engineering) to architect bespoke solutions that address complex client pain points.
  • Revenue Growth: Accountable for meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets, focusing on high-margin, scalable enterprise contracts.
  • Market Advocacy: Serve as a subject matter expert on the evolving fintech landscape, representing the organization at industry events and within executive-level forums.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in enterprise-level sales, specifically within Merchant Services, Fintech, or complex Financial Technology environments.
  • Expert Negotiator: Demonstrated ability to lead and close multi-year, multi-million dollar "full-stack" deals involving complex implementation cycles.
  • Strategic Breadth: Strong conceptual understanding of modern financial infrastructure, from traditional card processing to emerging technologies like stablecoins and embedded finance.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for C-level executives.
  • Travel Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to engage with clients and stakeholders on-site.

Salary Range

$154,200.00 - $328,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
