First 90 Days: Focused Priorities and Deliverables
Assess and rebuild the UKI marketing team. Some promising work and results but still an area of weakness so we need to understand if the issues are people, process, priorities (or lack of) or a combination of all three. Architect our Middle East expansion and lead FY27 acceleration plan. We are in market but there is so much more opportunity for us. Evaluate the opportunity based on ICP fit, route-to-market, compliance, and partner strength; define country entry/scale plays. Output is an EMEA Middle East Growth Plan (targets, pipeline coverage model, programs, resourcing) and FY27 roadmap. Align with Channel/Partner Marketing into one unified integrated plan. Establish a joint planning model with Channel Leadership. Clarify regional vs. global responsibilities. In alignment with Kevin and the KC (Director of Marketing Programs) define the operating model and RACI with Global/Growth, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand/Comms: who owns strategy, content, localization, campaigns, execution, and measurement. Build a quarterly integrated marketing plan for the theater and each region. Pipeline targets by segment and route-to-market; campaign calendar, top 3 bets, ABM account lists, partner motions, event plans.
Qualifications

Proven success driving pipeline (new and cross-sell), and revenue in cybersecurity or enterprise software; strong channel/partner marketing track record.
