Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Lead execution of the Digital Partner on-boarding framework, identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities across diverse channels.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with digital distribution partners, supporting mutual growth through regular collaboration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide real-time intelligence on competitor products, market demand, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Strategic Analytics to monitor data insights and performance metrics for partnerships.
• Partner with Engineering teams to define and deliver technology requirements for digital initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to partners, providing insights on performance and strategic growth plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Underwriting, Insurance, and Operations to deliver seamless partner support.
• Partner with the SVP, Digital Partners, to align strategies with overall organizational goals.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Proven track record in digital partnerships, alternative distribution, or business development roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Proficient in building and leveraging dashboards, tools, and analytics to monitor performance.
Desired Skills and Abilities
• Ability to operate independently – managing tasks and engaging people across the company.
• Exceptional teamwork skills required to play a key role in cross-functional teams
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any rigorous, academic subject. 5-7 years relevant experience in insurance.
• Lifelong-learner demonstrated by continuing, professional development
