VP Delivery – UK&I Mature Programmes Portfolio

The VP UKIMP Delivery will report to the Director – UK&I Mature Programmes with dotted line reporting to the SVP – EJ200 and is accountable for UKIMP portfolio delivery management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, ensuring the integrity and safety of our products and people, delivery of contracted customer commitments and supporting achievement of annual financial results.

What will you be doing

  • In conjunction with the SVP EJ200, lead the planning and execution of the EJ200 production ramp up, which will include

    • Defining the supply chain strategy in conjunction with Supply Chain, Make and Buy

    • Implementation of best company practices and processes to support the ramp-up, including IPPR and PPAP

    • Engagement and collaboration with the SIOP process to optimize signal, buffering strategies and identify most likely plans including constraint management

    • Identification of constraints and implementation of solutions (including tooling investments, new capabilities etc) to support most likely plan and drive any gap closure

    • Ongoing engagement with the Supply Chain, Make & Buy, reviewing progress and reaffirmation of commitments

  • Define the supply chain strategies for the UK&I Portfolio, which will include:

    • Ensuring active SCRDs (Supply Chain Reqt Documents) are in existence and in use for each current production programme

    • Creating strategies to reduce risk, increase profitability and achieve world class promise credibility via dual sourcing, technology enhancements and suitable redundancy/resilience

  • Lead elements of the supply chain strategies for the UK& I MP Portfolio, which will include:

    • Overall governance of the stated strategies to ensure compliance and execution across the extended enterprise

    • Governance of reactivations ensuring successful identification of priorities,  execution of projects and assessment of risks

    • Risk mitigation including items such as unsourced work queue, buffer attainment, dual source achievement & product transfer activities

  • Act as focal point for generic delivery activities for UK&I Mature Programmes tying the Programme into the right levels across the Enterprise.
