Corporate - Legal and CompliancePrudential’s Law, Compliance, Business Ethics & External Affairs (LCBE) organization plays a critical role in ensuring our products, services, and business practices meet the highest standards of integrity and regulatory expectations. We are seeking a Vice President, Compliance Data, Analytics and Reporting to build and lead the capability that transforms compliance data into trusted, decision-useful insights – using AI and advanced analytics to increase coverage, speed and consistency across the Compliance Risk Management framework. This leadership role will help 2nd Line Compliance advance its ability to proactively identify risk, drive transparency and elevate visibility and management of compliance risk globally.
This role reports to the Head of Compliance Risk Management and Business Ethics.
The Vice President will deliver capabilities to strengthen monitoring, testing, and reporting for LCBE Chief Compliance Officers and Global Compliance Program Leads by partnering with global technology and control functions.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence 3 days per week. Your manager will provide additional details relative to days you are expected to be on-site.
