We are part of Dentsu Sports International, a newly formed global sports network comprised of MKTG Sports + Entertainment, dentsu Sports Analytics and dentsu Sports.

We are looking to hire a VP for Amplification, based out of our London offices.

Role Overview

The VP, Amplification sits within the Content & Creative team and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing amplification strategies that bring our ideas to life across multiple channels. This is a senior role as part of our extended management team, responsible for ensuring that creative concepts are translated into impactful campaigns and content that drive engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amplification Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to amplify creative work across digital, social, experiential, and earned media channels.

  • Content Execution: Oversee the production and delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and maximise reach.

  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and refine amplification tactics to improve impact.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and platform trends to inform amplification strategies and creative approaches.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support SVP and senior leadership in presenting amplification plans and results to internal teams and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in content strategy, amplification, or integrated marketing roles.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer engagement, and paid/earned media strategies.

  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns and optimize for performance.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in creative and production environments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • A strong contacts book of media organisations and outlets.
