The Vice President of AI Solutions will lead the strategic vision and enterprise-wide adoption of artificial intelligence across our organization. This role is responsible for driving the intake and engagement of AI ideas from all business units, overseeing learning and development programs to build AI literacy, and defining metrics to measure the impact and addressable opportunities of AI initiatives. As a key leader and change agent, the incumbent will champion the proliferation of scalable, ethical, and compliant AI solutions that enhance business performance, foster innovation, and empower employees at every level to leverage AI-driven capabilities.

Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage a robust framework for collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing AI and opportunities and implementations from across business units. 

  • Collaborate with business leaders, data science teams, and technology partners to foster a culture of innovation and continuous AI-driven improvement. 

  • Serve as a key liaison and evangelist for AI adoption, ensuring cross-functional alignment and momentum for AI initiatives. 

  • Design and implement comprehensive AI and data literacy programs aimed at upskilling employees across functions and leadership tiers. 

  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and external vendors to deliver training, workshops, and certifications on AI technologies and their practical applications in finance. 

  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices through communities of practice, seminars, and internal communications. 

  • Work and coordinate across the pillars of AI and collaborate with functional teams and product teams to ensure business needs are properly captured as well as drive AI federated standards/practices. 

  • Earnestly participate and provide readouts for Strategic Initiative meetings and workouts 

  • Work with functional leads and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles in AI initiatives 

  • Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful AI product releases as well as communicate broadly to inspire and motivate teams. 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the business impact and ROI of AI projects across various lines of business. 

  • Lead analysis efforts to identify high-value AI use cases and quantify addressable opportunities to drive strategic investment decisions. 

  • Report to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and successes in AI adoption, making data-driven recommendations for scaling initiatives. 

  • Proactively identifies and removes barriers and roadblocks in ensuring quality work and prevents distractions 

  • Ensures timely and accurate communication and distribution of information to all appropriate team members and stakeholders. 

  • Foster the proliferation of AI capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory and compliance standards. 

  • Work collaboratively with governance leaders to provide input on governance frameworks including ethical AI principles, risk management, and quality control. 

  • Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure responsible and transparent AI deployment.

  • Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed 

  • Work with multiple co-located and distributed teams (off-shore and on-shore) 

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology or, in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology 

  • Previous experience in AI solutions management.

Grade/Level: 13

The salary range for this position is 155,000.00 - 260,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.  Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.  All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
