What You Will Do:
- Assist customers through the full automotive sales process, from vehicle selection to purchase
- Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge
- Follow up with sales leads and maintain communication with current customers
- Represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished and professional manner
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work in a supportive, team-focused environment
Who We Are Looking For:
- Previous sales or customer service experience required
- Automotive dealership sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
