Your New Role…

Join us in crafting magical experiences for our visitors and become a key part of a world-renowned brand by driving sales through the commercial, creative, and customer-focused presentation of our products.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard, using graphics and equipment correctly and in accordance with guidelines and agreed standards.

  • Assist with visual merchandising enquiries and provide solutions to any challenges.

  • Maintain minimal shrinkage through efficient handling of products and packaging.

  • Support the store team and wider tour to ensure awareness of visual and promotional standards and provide excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

  • Engage with customers, identify their needs and ensure they are met using skilled questioning and listening techniques.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and confidently discuss the features and benefits of our merchandise with customers.

  • Adhere to all H&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.

  • Perform housekeeping duties and minor maintenance, ensuring strict standards are maintained and stock is replenished and visually merchandised according to guidelines.

  • Conduct daily floor walks with the team, ensuring layouts are maintained and shop floor standards are met, while constantly reworking stock to generate sales and maintain visual appeal.

  • Analyse sales figures on a weekly basis to identify opportunities for improvement and propose new ideas to enhance the stores visual merchandising and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail.

  • Creative and imaginative, while demonstrating brand awareness.

  • Proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales.

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service.

  • Effective, confident communication with visitors and colleagues.

  • Work as part of a team with a flexible approach.

  • Self-motivated work confidently without supervision.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Working Pattern…

  • This role is full time (40 hours a week).

  • Because of the adaptive nature of this role flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business. 

  • Roles within the retail team may include, interacting with customers and replenishing our shelves. On occasion, all members of the team will need to work across all these functions at different times.

  • Participate in cover of the retail stores as necessary including weekend, bank holiday, school holiday and late evening/ cover in rotation with other team members. Overnights will also be required for new season/range turnaround and window installs.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
