Responsibilities:
- Understanding of PVC/Net Fabric Raw Materials;
- Any defects arising during the production process can be promptly identified and pointed out, enabling relevant personnel to address them quickly;
- Correctly change rolls and spools according to the work instructions;
- Implement autonomous maintenance of equipment;
- Complete the tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications:
- At least junior high school education or above;
- Able to accept a 12-hour shift work schedule;
- Diligently carry out work tasks with a rigorous and meticulous work attitude;
- Strictly comply with production management regulations and the company's management policies, without loitering in unauthorized areas, making personal phone calls, or engaging in non-work-related conversations with colleagues;
- Ambitious and open to accepting and embracing new positions and training opportunities.
