We’re searching for a Visual Designer to join our Promotions, Loyalty and Messaging CRM team supporting a popular international QSR client based in Minneapolis. This position will focus on assisting other team creative team members with developing new assets, creating efficient workflows, designing net-new assets and campaigns, and handling additional creative design tasks as needed. You will report to a Creative Director, and work closely with copywriters, an ACD and other creatives.

This is a remote or hybrid, U.S.-based role with most team members working in Eastern and Central time zones. We value creativity, proactive communication and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

-Design and produce digital assets for CRM campaigns, including emails, app content and web components

-Support the creative team with asset development, workflow optimization and campaign execution

-Translate brand guidelines into consistent, channel-appropriate visuals

-Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper delivery of all required campaign assets

-Report to the Creative Director and partner closely with copywriters, art directors, project managers and strategists

Required Qualifications:

-1-4 years of related professional experience

-In-depth professional experience with using Figma design tools to build digital experiences across channels such as email, app, and web assets

-Working familiarity with Adobe creative suite tools

-Strong understanding of brand systems and how to apply them across channels

-Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required

Preferred Qualifications:

-UX focused experience, work or training

-Animation experience (GIF creation in Photoshop or After Affects)

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
