Position would be 36 patient-facing hours per week with varying shifts. 7-3pm; 9-5pm; 10-6pm; Saturdays 8am-12pm.
Pay Range
$47.50 - $71.25Position Highlights
Outpatient-only role with no nights or weekends
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
4.5 clinic days per week
0.5 dedicated administrative day
Call: One inpatient holiday per year
Patient Volume: Approximately 14 patients per day
Procedures: PEG tube exchanges (training/support provided)
Kenilworth office location
Team includes 8 physicians and 5 APPs at the site
Larger group includes 27 physicians and 27 APPs across the practice
Supportive leadership and highly experienced colleagues

Provide outpatient gastroenterology care to adult patients
Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and APP colleagues
Participate in team-based care delivery and clinical coordination
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient experience
Certified Physician Assistant or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years of APP experience required (no new grads)
Interest in general gastroenterology; subspecialty interests welcomed
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
