About the Role
The Virgin Segment Postpaid Manager is responsible for defining key customer and market insights; designing, developing, and launching propositions, initiatives, and campaigns; managing performance (commercial and operational); providing a best-in-class online customer experience; and building digital-first capabilities, all while continuously optimizing customer journeys to maximize conversion.
The postpaid segment manager will collaborate closely with the Dubai-based Digital Factory and the Saudi-based Pricing, Technical, Operational, and Sales Teams to deliver the overall strategy for Virgin postpaid offers. They are expected to be a role model, inspiring the team to drive digital innovation at the heart of the strategy to fulfil Virgin Mobile's promise to "Make Mobile Better."
The Virgin Segment Postpaid Manager will manage offers, devices, value-added services, and related strategies for postpaid customers.
