How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Your main responsabilities will be :

Support in Category Management :

  • Assist manager in the development of roadmap and support centers for deployment of Category Management strategies ; 
  • Conduct activities in close relationship (team approach) with technical counterparts, in order to ensure that the procurement strategies are aligned with the engineering discipline strategies and vice versa ;
  • Develop and prepare various business reports on category spend volume, savings generated and supplier financial analysis to support category strategies ;
  • Facilitate periodic business reviews with key suppliers and facilitate action items that result from the meetings.
     

Cost and competitiveness intelligence :

  • Prepare Benchmark with associated tools to support the Global and local Category Management (GCM) to predict quickly a budget without the need to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) ;
  • Support Global Procurement team to structure and define the procured equipment and service cost structure breakdown ;
  • Leverage on the AI capabilities to accelerate the deployment of new databases within the different categories ;
  • Maintain the News database.

Operational Purchasing :

  • Formalizing NDA with Vendors ;
  • Issue Project and Strategic RFQs ;
  • Bid Comparison table to be established and analysis to be done ;
  • Qualification of non-critical suppliers.


 

Are you a match?


 

  • Master's degree in engineering or management.

  • Required Qualifications :

    • Strong analytical skills ;

    • Very good communication and presentation skills ;

    • Good team worker.

  • Preferred Qualifications :

    • Strong result orientation ;

    • Strong ability to argue persuasively.

  • Languages :

    • English fluency ;

    • German, French or Polish is a plus.

The scope covered includes Project Procurement Management, Project Procurement, Category Procurement, Expediting, Supplier Quality Control, Logistics, Spare Parts, Services as well as Indirect Procurement.
