Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Gyeongju based in Korea belongs to POWER Division. We are looking for a VIE Logistic Flows Analyst for 24 months within the  team.

Your challenges?

• You will support purchases abroad

• You will manage the stocks and analyze the efficiency, the EDI system and digitization support

• You will analyze material flows and planning processes to accelerate physical flows.

• You will support the design, development and/or improvement of tools, equipment, packaging and/or flow organization for an assigned area.

• You will provide technical support for specific factory operations (layout, new project, value chain analysis...).

• You will solve problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of the production flow.

• You will design flow processes within the deadlines and budget parameters.

• You will monitor and debug new methods and procedures.

• You will support the activities to achieve and maintain the quality system and Valeo 5000.

• You will actively participate and support the implementation of the Valeo production system (VPS).

 Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Logistics

• You already have at least one year of experience in logistics (ideally in the automotive field)

• You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have notions of Korean but not mandatory

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy 

• You have an excellent command of MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, etc.)
