CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us! From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers’ innovative development of applications.
How will you contribute and grow?
Organize the Learning & Development and deploy Qualification & Training for Carbagas and Vital Aire Switzerland based on a training needs analysis. In cross-country cooperation with Austria.
You will contribute to this mission by :
supporting HR administration and Time Tracking & Absence (TT&A)
assisting with payroll preparation and HR controlling processes
supporting Employer Branding and Workforce (E&W) recruitment activities
contributing to HR Transformation & Processes (AODOC)
coordinating training activities (ALU, local providers, cross-country) including documentation in myHR
update and rework of the training catalog for Carbagas (CG) and Air Liquide Austria (ALA)
contributing to people development (TCL, ALLEX, VIE,..) initiatives
supporting the implementation of D&I initiatives locally (Citizen@work, handiversity, …) andother HR projects (ie: onboarding program)
Are you a match?
Must have:
Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers (solid Excel/Gsheets skills)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive teamplayer who enjoys working in a multicultural environment (FR/DE/EN)
High degree of organization as well as structured, independent & autonomous
Good communication skills
English fluency
German (basis + eager to learn)
Nice to have:
Previous experience within Air Liquide, understanding of a international company
Understanding of industrial environment
Knowledge of Workday
