The Out-of-Hospital Market serves a broad spectrum of clients, reflecting the diverse needs of modern healthcare. Our customer base is strategically divided into: Private & Public Sector.

Our expertise extends across crucial sub-markets, each presenting distinct opportunities for growth and innovation:
- Community Care: Focused on delivering medical gases and services directly to patients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and facilitating recovery in a familiar environment.
- Mobile Care: Supporting emergency medical services, ambulance fleets, and remote healthcare initiatives, ensuring immediate access to medical gases wherever and whenever they are needed.
- Primary Care: Partnering with general practitioners, local clinics, and medical centers to provide essential medical gas solutions for everyday healthcare needs and minor procedures.
- Biobank: Supplying vital cryogenic gases and related services to biobanks and research institutions, safeguarding invaluable biological samples for future medical advancements.

Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia offers a robust portfolio of products and services tailored to the specific demands of the Out-of-Hospital Market:
- Packaged Gases: A wide range of medical gases in various cylinder sizes, ensuring portability and convenience for homecare and mobile applications.
- Liquid Gases: Supplying bulk liquid medical gases for larger facilities and specialized clinics, providing continuous and efficient supply.

The Out-of-Hospital team in Iberia is comprised of 5 dedicated professionals, each committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients and colleagues. This team acts as a vital bridge within Air Liquide Healthcare, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. We interact extensively with all other departments, ensuring seamless operations and integrated solutions:
- Logistics: Collaborating closely to optimize delivery routes, manage inventory, and ensure timely and efficient distribution of critical medical gases and equipment.
- Sales Administration: Partnering to streamline order processing, manage contracts, and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Sales: Working hand-in-hand to identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and expand our market reach in the out-of-hospital sector.
- Customer Support: Providing invaluable insights into customer needs and challenges, enabling us to enhance service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Operations: Aligning with operations teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all our activities.
- Marketing: Collaborating to develop compelling strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition and expand our presence in the out-of-hospital sector.

The role focuses on using data to optimize business performance. A strong candidate's experience will reflect these duties:

- Contract Data Management: Manage and follow up on contract renewals within the Out of Hospital segment.
- Process Improvement: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of customer data in Salesforce..
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the monitoring of sales in digital campaigns, analyzing performance, and proposing improvements.
- Cross-functional Support: Acting as a liaison between different departments to help them make data-backed decisions.

Are you a MATCH?


 

- Interest in commercial operations and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM and Data Visualization tools (Salesforce, SAP, Power BI experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
 
            
Education    

Bachelor Degree in one of these fields: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science        
Soft and Hard Skills    

Must have:
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: You'll need to be able to identify patterns, root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Communication: The ability to explain findings clearly to the team is critical.
- Problem-Solving: You'll be tasked with identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing strategic solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data analysis and reporting is paramount.

Nice to have:
- Advanced Excel: Preferable highly proficient with Excel.
- Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Power BI.
- ERP & CRM Systems: Understanding systems like SAP and Salesforce is important for extracting sales, customer, and operational data.
