What is a VIE?

It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.

To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:

  • International Graduates (European citizens) between 18 and 28 yo with an average of 12 months of professional experience
  • Fluent in English
  • International profile (work experience or studies abroad)
  • Eager to continue your career abroad

This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants already based in Stockholm, Sweden. ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Portfolio Finance team is looking for a 1-year Business Analyst VIE, based in our Stockholm office as of March 2026.

This is an exciting position that will enable you to leverage and expand your analytical skills while you manage delivery of the commercial and financial global performance data for our dynamic, timely, highly creative and mixable non-aged brands portfolio (Absolut, Malibu & Kahlúa, Gins and Aperitifs, Havana Club, Agave, Ready-to-Drinks and so on).

As a Business Analyst, you will be our monthly reporting champion and the key performance data contact to various stakeholders across the business. You will make recurring analysis of ad-hoc commercial activity (pricing, mix impact, margin structure, competitor updates) and support analyses regarding our Brands production costs. You will also prepare business cases for initiatives such as new product launches and support the implementation of new tools and processes within the finance team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide top management, brand marketing and market activation teams with commercial and financial reports and analyses on our brands’ performance 
  • Provide support to marketing teams, including the building of robust business cases to inform strategic portfolio decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools within area of responsibility
  • Support in business controlling and analysis of the brand portfolio, e.g. pricing and cost analysis
  • Support standard cost process for Absolut

Your qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, preferably corporate finance, controlling or accounting.
  • Familiarity with Excel and with an appetite to improve skills in financial modelling and data analysis in order to build and maintain intuitive files which support decision-making 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines 
  • Curious, with a learning mindset and openness to change
  • Self-starter, highly autonomous and proactive in anticipating and initiating analysis that delivers high-impact insights 
  • Experience from working in an FMCG will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
