Le Volontariat International en Entreprise (V.I.E) est un programme international unique parrainé par les ministères français de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, de l'Économie et des Finances, ainsi que de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires, ouvert à Airbus pour offrir aux jeunes professionnels l'opportunité de vivre une expérience professionnelle rémunérée de valeur à l'étranger dans une fonction technique ou commerciale.
Le V.I.E est un contrat spécifique, soumis aux critères d'éligibilité de Business France.
Principales conditions du V.I.E :
Citoyens de l'Union européenne (ainsi que de la Norvège, de l'Islande, du Liechtenstein et de Monaco), diplômés jusqu'à 28 ans inclus (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)
Avoir rempli les obligations militaires de son pays, le cas échéant
Être inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant l'âge de 28 ans

Le Customer Support Officer (CSO) est le point focal principal du client, en charge du traitement des commandes de pièces, garantissant une livraison dans les délais et avec la qualité requise, tout en fournissant des mises à jour proactives sur le statut des commandes. De plus, le CSO est responsable du suivi et du partage des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) du client et sert d'interface avec toutes les parties prenantes pour assurer les engagements d'Airbus envers ses clients.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
● European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
● Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a FHS Customer Support Officer - H/F has arisen within Airbus Malaysia Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Putrajaya, MALAYSIA. You will join the FHS CUSTOMER ORDER DESK.
Customer Support Officer (CSO) is the Primary customer focal point in charge of processing customer’ orders for parts ensuring it is delivered on time and on quality with pro active updates of orders Status. Furthermore, the CSO is responsible to monitor and share customer' key performance indicators and be the interface with all stakeholders to ensure Airbus commitments towards customers.
Tasks & accountabilities:
Daily operations:
process customer demand
identify solution to nil stock situation
launch actions to other actors (transport, repair management, warehouse, engineering) to support part delivery to customer
Procedures:
maintain up to date procedures following latest adaptations and requirements
Continuous Improvement:
Support IT Tools deployment
Deploy automation initiatives where possible
Pro actively propose processes / ways of working adaptations to increase efficiency
This role will not involve travelling for business.
Background and skills:
Diploma with min 2 year relevant working experience or Bachelor's Degree in related industry.
