Key Responsibilities

Edit a wide range of videos: testimonials, brand films, social content, product explainers, event recap videos, and internal communication pieces.
Cut, refine, colour-grade, sound-mix, and add motion graphics to deliver professional-quality output.
Work with the creative lead to understand briefs, recommend creative approaches, and maintain brand consistency.
Organise footage, maintain project files, and manage efficient workflows.
Adapt edits to multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for different platforms.
Bring strong storytelling instincts and the ability to elevate an edit beyond the brief.

Must-Have Skills

Strong storytelling sense — pacing, rhythm, emotion, music sync.
Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
Experience editing for brand and corporate content.
Good sense of sound design and music selection.
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
Strong organizational and file-management discipline.

Software Expertise

Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
After Effects (for basic motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, transitions)
Photoshop (for quick graphic tweaks when needed)
Familiarity with audio tools (Audition or basic sound plugins)
