Key responsibilities:
Acts as the point of contact to all day to day operational inquiries and builds a strong relationship with clients
Monitors the optimisation of videos and provides appropriate resources to client satisfaction and retention
Engages and collaborates with other teammates and colleagues to resolve critical complex issues
Effectively prioritises efforts and resources to align with account and team needs
Effective review of the task assigned to the team mates, identify defects, take necessary steps to reduce the defects and improve quality of output of the junior resources
