About This Role

We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring our brand stories to life through compelling video content across marketing channels. You will play a critical role in shaping how Cialfo communicates visually — transforming ideas, campaigns, and product narratives into engaging video experiences.

Your work will directly reach millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions globally, and you will own the visual storytelling of Cialfo across digital platforms, events, and campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Edit high-quality videos for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, brand storytelling, and performance marketing.
  • Produce engaging content for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, YouTube, website, and event experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives.
  • Work on motion graphics, typography animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all video assets.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms (aspect ratios, formats, duration best practices).
  • Manage post-production workflows including sound design, color correction, subtitles, and final exports.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity.

About You

  • Qualifications
    • A degree or diploma in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5–7 years of experience as a Video Editor in a marketing, media, agency, or in-house creative environment.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing videos, social media content, and campaign storytelling.
    • Experience working on short-form and long-form content across platforms.
    • Demonstrated experience in motion graphics and basic animation.
    • Portfolio link is mandatory (Please share a personal portfolio/website/showreel link).
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement.
    • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Strong understanding of motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and color grading.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.
    • Ability to adapt creative style across different campaign types and brand tones.
  • Good to Have
    • Experience in EdTech, B2B, or education-related brands.
    • Familiarity with social media performance marketing video formats.
    • Experience with Canva Pro or quick-turnaround templated video tools.
    • Basic knowledge of shooting/editing workflows or handling raw footage.
    • Experience working in advertising agencies.
