At Quilter, we’re on an incredible journey. As one of the UK largest Wealth Managers, we’re on a mission to change the nation’s approach to investing. And we’re looking for Video Content Producer to help tell our story.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Content Producer to join our dynamic Marketing Team at Quilter. In this hands-on creative role, you will be at the forefront of bringing our brand story to life through high-quality video content. You will play a pivotal part in developing and executing our video content strategy, working closely with stakeholders from across the business to plan, design, and deliver engaging audiovisual materials that resonate with a diverse audience, including financial advisers, clients, and the wider public.

You will lead the full production process, from ideation and storyboarding through to filming, editing, and post-production. Your expertise in videography—including lighting, sound, and camera operation—will be essential, as will your proficiency in editing and producing polished, on-brand assets for a range of platforms such as websites and social media. You will manage the video content calendar, oversee logistics and schedules, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects that align with both marketing objectives and the wider Quilter strategy.

You will have access to our new in-house Studio which is suitable for the recording of the bulk of content requirements. There will be opportunities to record content on location as well as producing content using AI content creation platforms.

Combining creativity, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset, you will help embed video at every stage of the customer journey and drive innovative approaches to content creation. As the Video Content Producer, you’ll work as part of our fantastic Marketing Team who are a passionate group of people with big ambitions to make the biggest impact on the market.

You will:

  • Lead on the creation of all audiovisual content for our Affluent business with a primary focus on video and podcasts.
  • Own the Quilter Affluent Video Content Strategy, ensuring all content aligns with both Marketing and the wider Quilter Strategy to meet business needs and ambitions.
  • Ensure that content is developed to the highest quality, act as the guardian for the Quilter Brand, ensuring best-in-class creative execution
  • Lead on the design, development and production of visual and audio content for our audiences across the Quilter Channel
  • Capture and edit multimedia content that connects audiences with our brand and purpose, ensuring quality and consistency across video and audio formats.
  • Play a key role in the seamless running of the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across all channels.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for campaigns, product launches, and social channels.
  • Manage lighting, sound, and camera setup for both in-studio and on-location shoots.
  • Edit raw footage into polished assets, including motion graphics and branded visuals.
  • Optimise content for a range of platforms — website, YouTube, LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and more.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics, locations, and stakeholder availability across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to align visuals with campaign objectives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and principles, while embedding video across every stage of the customer journey.
  • Challenge the status quo, helping us to be at the forefront of video engagement. Stay on top of emerging trends in video, short-form storytelling, and AI-powered production tools.
  • Build efficient workflows and best practices to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of video output.
  • Work Closely with stakeholders from across the business, including Marketing, Distribution, Brand, Proposition, Technical as well as senior management across the business. You’ll be expected to understand their challenges, goals, expectations and deliver content that meets their needs while aligning to the strategy.

About You

You are a creative visual storyteller with a relentless focus on brand, people, and innovation. Your technical expertise in video production is matched by your flair for crafting engaging narratives that strengthen brands and drive commercial impact. You bring proven experience across the full production cycle—from concept and storyboarding, through filming and editing, to final delivery—ensuring every piece of content is polished, purposeful, and on-brand.

Your advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite enable you to produce high-quality assets for a variety of platforms, including websites, YouTube, and social channels.

You are proficient with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, audio capture, and colour grading, and you understand the importance of accessibility standards in content creation.

Organisation and project management come naturally to you; you thrive when juggling multiple priorities and ensuring timely delivery across all channels. You are confident working with stakeholders, putting people at ease on camera, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams to align visuals with campaign objectives. Whether working independently or as part of a dynamic marketing team, you bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

You feel at home in the studio, but you are comfortable travelling within the UK for on-site filming and have experience producing B2B or multi-brand video content. Your curiosity drives you to stay on top of emerging trends in video, short-form storytelling, and AI-powered production tools. You are committed to building efficient workflows and best practices that improve speed, consistency, and scalability of video output.
