At Quilter, we’re on an incredible journey. As one of the UK largest Wealth Managers, we’re on a mission to change the nation’s approach to investing. And we’re looking for Video Content Producer to help tell our story.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Content Producer to join our dynamic Marketing Team at Quilter. In this hands-on creative role, you will be at the forefront of bringing our brand story to life through high-quality video content. You will play a pivotal part in developing and executing our video content strategy, working closely with stakeholders from across the business to plan, design, and deliver engaging audiovisual materials that resonate with a diverse audience, including financial advisers, clients, and the wider public.
You will lead the full production process, from ideation and storyboarding through to filming, editing, and post-production. Your expertise in videography—including lighting, sound, and camera operation—will be essential, as will your proficiency in editing and producing polished, on-brand assets for a range of platforms such as websites and social media. You will manage the video content calendar, oversee logistics and schedules, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects that align with both marketing objectives and the wider Quilter strategy.
You will have access to our new in-house Studio which is suitable for the recording of the bulk of content requirements. There will be opportunities to record content on location as well as producing content using AI content creation platforms.
Combining creativity, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset, you will help embed video at every stage of the customer journey and drive innovative approaches to content creation. If you have a flair for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class video, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading wealth management organisation.
As the Video Content Producer, you’ll work as part of our fantastic Marketing Team who are a passionate group of people with big ambitions to make the biggest impact on the market.
You will:
You are a creative visual storyteller with a relentless focus on brand, people, and innovation. Your technical expertise in video production is matched by your flair for crafting engaging narratives that strengthen brands and drive commercial impact. You bring proven experience across the full production cycle—from concept and storyboarding, through filming and editing, to final delivery—ensuring every piece of content is polished, purposeful, and on-brand.
Your advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite enable you to produce high-quality assets for a variety of platforms, including websites, YouTube, and social channels.
You are proficient with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, audio capture, and colour grading, and you understand the importance of accessibility standards in content creation.
Organisation and project management come naturally to you; you thrive when juggling multiple priorities and ensuring timely delivery across all channels. You are confident working with stakeholders, putting people at ease on camera, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams to align visuals with campaign objectives. Whether working independently or as part of a dynamic marketing team, you bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
You feel at home in the studio, but you are comfortable travelling within the UK for on-site filming and have experience producing B2B or multi-brand video content. Your curiosity drives you to stay on top of emerging trends in video, short-form storytelling, and AI-powered production tools. You are committed to building efficient workflows and best practices that improve speed, consistency, and scalability of video output.
Above all, you are passionate about making a meaningful impact—helping to embed video at every stage of the customer journey and championing best-in-class creative execution adhering to the brand guidelines. You value learning opportunities and mentorship, and you are eager to contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and ambitious team where your unique skills and perspective will be celebrated.
