Job Description: 
Assist in managing relationships with U.S. Corporate Clients in all areas including marketing and origination of new relationships, commercial client management, transaction execution, CDD, portfolio review and team support activities. Coordinate credit origination and annual review of relationships including: identifying and analyzing key credit issues related to a transaction and client, proposing and reviewing terms and conditions for transactions and RFP’s including pricing, structure and covenants, and guiding annual group reviews and transactions through the Risk and Credit process. Develop a well-rounded knowledge of the healthcare sector. Create and maintain strategic global client account plans. Support relationship managers in client meetings and preparation of comprehensive marketing presentations. Identify commercial opportunities for new business, including cross selling of ING’s products globally, in close cooperation with various product teams. Identifying and analyzing potential prospect clients, within set growth and portfolio parameters. Provide support in origination of transactions, keeping in mind the requirements of the client and ING’s product capabilities across geographies. Provide support in execution of transactions in collaboration with clients, product specialists and the network. Participate in client visits. Ensure data quality in internal client management and credit commitment databases, including responsibility for coordinating KYC and ESR matters. Develop advanced knowledge in a specific product area and/or Rep Office activity and share with colleagues. Domestic or international travel up to approx. 50% of time.

Minimum Requirements: 
Minimum 3 years of experience in any occupation as analyst, associate, account manager, or related. Must have minimum 2 years of experience working with the following: identifying, developing and managing client relationships; providing financial advisory in banking; monitoring market developments and commercial opportunities for new business origination; corporate lending, structured lending, acquisition lending, and syndicated lending in banking industry; performing corporate credit analysis and credit risk analysis; structuring and executing international lending transactions; proficiency in Excel and utilizing to conduct complex financial analysis; preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders including C-suite executives; interacting and coordinating with internal network of product specialists, local relationship managers and credit committees; driving and coordinating internal processes end-to-end and improving efficiency; and KYC, AML, CDD, ESR, and FATCA compliance.
