Vice President, Total Rewards

The Vice President, Total Rewards leads the global strategy and execution of all compensation, benefits, and executive rewards programs for the organization.
A highly visible leader, the VP partners closely with the CHRO, CFO, and Board Compensation Committee to oversee executive compensation and governance, including equity programs, incentive structures, pay philosophy, and disclosure requirements. The role also plays a critical part in the design and management of complex commercial incentive plans aligned to diverse portfolios, revenue models, and global sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards Strategy & Governance
Define and implement the global Total Rewards strategy covering executive compensation, equity programs, broad-based pay, incentives, and benefits.
Serve as a key advisor to the CHRO, CFO, and Compensation Committee on executive pay governance, program design, and regulatory compliance.
Executive Compensation & Public Company Oversight
Lead executive compensation architecture, including base pay, annual incentives, long-term equity, and performance metrics.
Oversee proxy disclosures and shareholder engagement considerations.
Commercial & Sales Incentive Design
Lead the creation and evolution of complex commercial compensation plans across business lines, geographies, and product portfolios.
Partner with commercial and finance leaders to align incentives with revenue, margin, and growth priorities.
Market Positioning & Program Effectiveness
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation through benchmarking, analytics, and market intelligence.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and develop a global Total Rewards team across compensation and benefits functions.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and HR to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
15+ years Senior Total Rewards leadership experience in a large, publicly traded company.
Deep expertise in executive compensation and Compensation Committee engagement.
Proven experience designing complex commercial and sales incentive plans.
Strong knowledge of public company governance, SEC requirements, and proxy processes.
Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment.
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
