THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

SCIB s looking for a Vice President Structured Receivables based out of Boadilla (Madrid)

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Structuring and execution of structured trade receivables deals across all geographies with the focus on diversified portfolio of trade receivables using different mechanisms and models to mitigate portfolio risk.
  • Core focuses on CIB client segment, while also managing alternative investments solutions to be offered within portfolio companies of Private Equity Firms.
  • Business origination: assist in the origination of structured trade receivables transactions across different countries.
  • Lead the approval process with risk department, negotiation of the legal documentation with all the different stakeholders and communication with brokers and insurance companies.
  • New product development to find the most suitable option to finance solutions for our large corporates

Professional Experience

  • Extensive experience (5 years+) in trade receivables portfolio analysis, securitization of other asset classes desirable, including documented track record of structuring these transactions from an investment banking background.(Required)

Education

  • Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or other related degrees. (Required)

Languages

  • Languages: English, Spanish. (Required)
  • Knowledge of a third language will be positively valued. (Preferred)

Hard Skills

  • Knowledge of trade receivables products, IFRS/US GAAP accounting treatment, insurance market, securitization documentation.  (Required)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (including cash flow modeling and data analysis) and excellent knowledge of applicable regulatory framework will be valued. (Preferred)
