SummaryThis role is responsible for leading and deploying a team to support the achievement of enterprise-wide goals and strategic business objectives through the execution of transformative initiatives. The position oversees the Strategic Implementation Partners Program, including its development, implementation, and ongoing operations collaborating closely with internal and external business partners to drive improvements in healthcare value and enhance both colleague and patient experiences. Acting as a strategic and innovative partner, the Vice President Strategic Implementation & Program Operations provides guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
Job Duties- Deploys and directs a team of professionals to support the enterprise in achieving its goals through the implementation of key initiatives and strategic projects. Provides direct coaching and feedback to less experienced team members.
- Designs, implements, and upholds the standards and processes for the Strategic implementation partners program (leveraging technology and program templates) in support of the implementation of the key enterprise and strategic initiatives. Continually seek for opportunities to improve the customer experience and enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of the program.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to align on the enterprise approach with leveraging tools to drive the implementation, management, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
- Builds and develops relationships both internal to the enterprise as well as a professional network including any external consultants/vendors and membership in relevant professional organizations.
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives effectively.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, and project management or closely related field
- 10 years progressive experience in healthcare or consulting field and
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex strategic initiatives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with project management and program management tools and technologies; experience with Service Now preferred.
- Robust experience with MS Office suite of products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting board presentations and executive-level reports.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Proven ability to lead a team to standardize processes, identify interdependencies, and streamline initiatives for maximum efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s Degree MBA, MHA, or related field
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
