Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President, Product Operations & Monetization to drive operational excellence across our product organization and to serve as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business — ensuring that our product portfolio is strategically invested, operationally disciplined, and commercially ready to deliver impact at scale.

The VP of Product Operations will lead the teams responsible for product lifecycle management, portfolio and investment governance, commercial readiness, pricing and monetization, and product insights and performance metrics. Acting also as a Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this leader will be a force multiplier — helping align vision with execution, drive strategic prioritization, and amplify the effectiveness of the entire product organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle & Commercial Readiness

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle operations from concept to commercialization, ensuring all products meet defined launch readiness and adoption criteria.

  • Drive alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless go-to-market readiness.

  • Establish scalable frameworks for product launch governance, release management, and field enablement.

2. Product Portfolio & Investment Management

  • Oversee the strategic planning and investment allocation process for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market opportunity.

  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Product Leadership to define investment theses, manage portfolio reviews, and monitor ROI and value realization across products.

  • Maintain visibility into cross-product dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to enable informed decision-making.

3. Product Insights, Analytics & Metrics

  • Define and operationalize the product health and performance scorecard across key dimensions — adoption, NPS, usage, ARR contribution, and innovation velocity.

  • Create actionable insights from product data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with data science and finance teams to build robust product analytics and measurement frameworks.

4. Pricing, Packaging & Monetization

  • Lead pricing strategy, packaging design, and monetization frameworks across the portfolio to optimize value capture and competitive positioning.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Operations to evolve pricing models for an AI-native SaaS business — from usage-based pricing to bundled value offerings.

  • Drive pricing governance and alignment with product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

5. Product Operating Rhythm & Chief of Staff Function

  • Serve as Chief of Staff to the CPO, driving operating cadence — including nesting into the company’s MBS and run internal QBRs, planning cycles, and leadership reviews.

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on product priorities, resource planning, and outcomes measurement.

  • Manage strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CPO to improve productivity, clarity, and focus across the organization.

6. Engineering Coordination

  • Partner closely with the Engineering Services and Engineering PMO leaders to coordinate planning, delivery, and release execution across all product lines.

  • Ensure alignment between product intent, engineering capacity, and delivery timelines.

  • Foster shared accountability between Product and Engineering for outcomes, predictability, and velocity.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experienc e in Product Operations, Product Planning, or Analytics within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven software organizations.

  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio governance, pricing and packaging, and operational frameworks in  modern software companies.

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to drive execution at scale.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen and a bias for structured problem-solving and measurable impact.

  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and leadership skills — capable of operating effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience supporting or acting as Chief of Staff to a senior executive a strong plus.

What Success Looks Like

  • A well-orchestrated product lifecycle and predictable delivery rhythm.

  • Clear visibility into product performance, ROI, and portfolio health.

  • Pricing and packaging strategies that scale with innovation and customer value.

  • A cohesive product-engineering operating model that improves velocity and reliability.

  • A Product organization that is more aligned, data-driven, and commercially ready than ever before.

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive.
