Overview

The Real-Time Payments (RTP) team is seeking an experienced Product Manager (VP) to lead the A2A services portfolio. The role is accountable for defining and executing a coherent product strategy, driving scalable and revenue‑generating offerings, and ensuring disciplined delivery, governance, and commercial performance across global markets.

Role

In this strategic position, you will:

Set the strategic direction for A2A Services, defining a clear product vision and roadmap, including: consumer protection, fraud prevention, claims capabilities, and other A2A ancillary service opportunities in close partnership with cross functional product and market teams.

Lead coordinated execution across a shared ownership model, aligning multiple teams on priorities, milestones, and outcomes through strong orchestration and influence.

Own portfolio governance and commercial discipline, including business cases, budget asks, and cost allocation.

Shape go to market strategy and adoption, working with Business Development and regional market teams to ensure services are well positioned, scalable, and market relevant.

Drive consistent product management practices, embedding Studio framework, agile delivery, quality, and readiness across Technology, Delivery, Operations, and GTM.

Build and develop high‑performing, matrixed teams, fostering trust, role clarity, and strong cross‑organizational collaboration through influence.

The ideal candidate for this position should:

VP‑level product leader with a proven ability to set direction, drive outcomes, and operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations.

Demonstrated success leading through influence, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders in shared‑ownership environments.

Strong experience defining and scaling services or platform capabilities in regulated, multi‑party ecosystems.

Commercially minded leader with a track record in business cases, investment prioritization, and financial discipline.

Excellent communicator and influencer, effective from executive and board level through to product, delivery, and technical teams.

Proven people leader who builds high‑performing, trust‑based teams and fosters clarity, accountability, and collaboration across organizational boundaries.
