About the Role

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager / Chief of Staff to partner with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and drive operational excellence across the GM, Product & Design organization.

This highly visible role will lead the execution of our product operating cadence—including annual roadmap planning, quarterly commitment tracking, and investment prioritization—across 30+ software products. You will bring structure, visibility, and discipline to how our teams plan and deliver, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.

As the CPO’s right hand, you will help manage priorities, coordinate leadership agendas, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen execution across the portfolio. You’ll also play a key role in scaling product operations practices and supporting the hiring of key delivery and leadership roles.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic operator who thrives in dynamic, high-growth SaaS environments and is eager to grow into senior Product Operations or Portfolio leadership over time.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Impact: You’ll shape how we plan, prioritize, and execute across a $250M SaaS portfolio, influencing key product and investment decisions.

  • Growth: You’ll have a clear path toward senior leadership in Product Operations or Portfolio Management as Togetherwork continues to scale.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside a talented, high-performing team in our new South Congress headquarters, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

  • Culture: Be part of a company that values accountability, innovation, and customer obsession—and knows how to have fun along the way.
