Responsible for ensuring hotel operations are providing a consistent, high level of service excellence and financial performance based on established expectations and standards of the company, owners and guests. This critical, results oriented role provides strategic and operational leadership for all hotel activities involved in planning, developing, operating, and maintaining a hospitality driven guest experience with financial controls and consistent expected financial performance being paramount. This position develops strategic hotel goals consistent with the company's strategic initiatives and brand standards, and transforms them into tactical plans; as well as, provides leadership to ensure goals are attained.  A critical element of this role is driving financial results through granular analysis, process improvement, and direct work with the properties.

Minimum Requirements

Five (5) years experience as a General Manager or Corporate Hotel Leader and/or other hotel level operations management position which comparable job knowledge and skills have been acquired. Ten (10) years experience in all phases of hotel management, with a strong requirement of daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services.

While base pay starts at $200,000-220,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
