$99.75 - $159.60Major Responsibilities:
Leads and is responsible for overall revenue generation, growth planning and market positioning of the Continuing Health Division and individual business units to achieve business objectives that include revenue growth.
Identifies market needs and leads business planning activities for establishing new or expanding services, including business analytics, financial proforma, return on investment, integration, competitor analysis, new locations and markets to enter, etc. Coordinates plans with key stakeholders (Divisions, Medical Group, Service lines) to create integration incentives and managed care more effectively.
Leads the partnership with Finance, operations, and corporate Managed Health to develop and manage the Continuing Health Division’s managed care contracting strategy, contract implementation and ongoing issue resolution in collaboration with the System Managed Care Contracting leaders and Continuing Health Operations.
Leads and oversees account management strategies to strengthen community/physician/referral sources relationships and increase referrals for business units. Provides strategic direction and development of sales plans. Oversees sales team, develops and implements incentive programs, and monitors results to ensure strategies are effective and revenue targets are achieved.
Oversees and develops business intelligence/analytics to support post acute division strategy and growth planning. Implements and maintains databases to support the collection and analysis of business analytics.
Oversees, identifies and implements integrated marketing, communication, referral channel and other strategies to maximize growth. Determines market positioning, and development of physician and referral source materials.
