Our client, a next generation interactive consumer AI company, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives with their search for a Vice President, Legal. This is a highly visible, first-in role that will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as a key strategic advisor to the leadership team. This legal executive will build and lead the company’s legal function from the ground up, partnering cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, and finance while managing outside counsel and establishing scalable legal infrastructure. This position is located in San Francisco, CA and will require three days a week in office (days and times are flexible).
