Job Responsibilities:
- Point of contact between stakeholders in system development team in Tokyo Head Office and AGMD
- Lead the system development project for the AGMD
- Plan and drive forward AGMD’s business strategy from the system perspective to achieve AGMD’s targets set by Tokyo Head Office
- Promote collaboration with MUFG group companies from system perspective to enhance Global Markets Business
- Support business functions from system perspective for achieving financial target of AGMD
- Lead system risks control and address compliance related system matters for Global Markets business in Asia region
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally
- To undertake any other assignment or projects as directed by Management or Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree, preferably in STEM fields
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations and development for Global Markets front-office systems
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Global Markets project management experience, including PMO experience for large-scale project
- Minimum JLPT N1 Certification (or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency) to communicate effectively with stakeholders of various divisions in Tokyo Head Office
- Demonstrated experience in communication and written skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders of various divisions in APAC region
- Strong skills and competencies as below to proceed at least 10-20 system development projects smoothly at the same time
- Project management (planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk/issue management)
- System design (requirements definition, high-level design, cross-functional coordination etc)
- Global Markets domain knowledges (products, workflows, front-to-back processes etc)
- Data utilization and analytics (leveraging data to improve processes, reporting, decision-making, etc)
- Good communication
