Purpose of the Job

Achieving Investment Banking Development Function target both qualitative and quantitative by involvement in Investment Banking activity mainly for Origination of Global Bonds and Syndication Loan, Secondary Loan sell-down, and promoting ESG Finance. Cross selling others Investment Banking products, such as Merger and Acquisition (M&A), Business Matching (helping Indonesian corporate to find business partner overseas or domestically), and providing Corporate Advisory.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Finding opportunities and executing the deals for financing to Global Corporate clients.
  • Work in partnership with other product offices in conducting assignments/ projects.
  • Build relationship with other banks and securities houses.
  • Execute loan sell-down to provide extra room for new loan.
  • Pursue new opportunities and create pipeline of the relevant banking services.
  • Working together with team to meet the function’s financial and non-financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
  • Work in partnership with Global Corporate Banking departments to meet client and find transaction opportunities.
  • Build effective relationship with customers to assist RM in understanding customer needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality product to client.
  • Improve skills to ensure continuous high quality deliverables to clients.
  • Handle communication with the customers within coordination of relevant Relationship Managers to obtain information on their financial condition within the scope and for promoting our Bank’s products and services.
  • Support and guide less experience colleagues on complex Investment Banking products/ projects’ issues or matters.
