About the position:
The HR Employee Experience & Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for shaping the employee experience, in collaboration with the other members of the HR team, as well as driving initiatives to achieve operational excellence of HR processes, with a continuous focus on efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. The role-holder will report to the head of HR and achieve his / her goals with the support of one direct report, the HR Operations Associate.
By leveraging employee feedback, data insights, and best practices, the Employee Journey & Operational Excellence Lead ensures that the HR team feels supported and empowered to do their best work.

Qualifications and Competencies:
Salary Range: $143,000-$160,000
