Impact You'll Make:

Lead the strategic design and deployment of scalable, integrated solutions across transformation programs. This role governs both the Design Management and Solution Delivery functions, ensuring expert capabilities are deployed effectively and that the right ecosystem of capabilities (Applied AI, Workflow Automation, Intelligent Automation, Business Process Management, Business Process Intelligence and Reengineering, Knowledge Management and any other relevant capabilities as needed for CI services) are assembled to deliver business outcomes.

Act as the central orchestrator of transformation initiatives and as a consultant and governance authority across solution design phases—from ideation to execution. A critical part of this role is mentoring and apprenticing talent across the organization. As capabilities mature, capability teams will increasingly deploy them directly, and your team will play a key role in guiding, coaching, and enabling their success.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Operations, Global Technology, Data Science & Analytics, and Solutions teams to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions that deliver measurable business value.

1.    Design Management (Center of Excellence)

  • Lead the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for strategic capabilities
  • Intelligent Automation (IA)
  • Business Process Management / Business Process Reengineering (BPM/BPR)
  • Knowledge Management (KM)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Workforce Automation (WFA)
  • Ensure expert deployment of these capabilities in projects prioritized by Continuous Improvement Services (CIS).
  • In mature capabilities, take ownership of advancing skills/training, methods/standards, best practices, and design governance.
  • Support POCs, pilots, and define foundational standards and training in collaboration with Capability Development.
  • Build and lead a high-performing competency team with deep expertise in solution architecture and process-oriented design advisory.  Own solution architecture and design advisory across all capabilities.
  • Take end-end ownership of projects that are driven purely by self-service capabilities and do not have high dependency on Global Technology, Data Science & Analytics or external vendors.

2.     Solution Management

  • Own the integrated solution design process, assembling the right mix of capabilities for each transformation initiative.
  • Collaborate closely with Design leads to tailor solutions based on project needs and capability maturity.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, outcome-driven, and aligned with enterprise architecture and delivery frameworks.
  • Drive stage-gate governance for each phase of solution design and deployment, including design reviews and approvals of tools and capabilities.

3.    Strategic Engagement & Governance

  • Act as a strategic advisor / consultant and governance authority for solution and design decisions across the transformation lifecycle.
  • Engage from the earliest stages of transformation—business case development, ideation, and planning of solution architecture.
  • Provide oversight and guidance through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery excellence.
  • Support R&D initiatives and innovation pilots to evolve design practices and solution models.
  • Collaborate closely with the integrated ecosystem team to ensure scalability and coherence across capabilities.
  • Drive decisions based on dependencies, strategic priorities, and cross-functional alignment (removing unclear reference to “interferences”).
