We are seeking a talented individual to join our General Lines team at Marsh. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As a key member of the General Lines team, you will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, with a strong focus on General lines insurance within the Saudi Arabian market. You will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen client relationships and deliver tailored risk management solutions, particularly with Chinese clients.
We will count on you to:
Conduct detailed GAP analyses to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to support client retention and revenue growth.
Design and implement customized risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams including risk consulting and Mercer Marsh Benefits to ensure seamless service delivery.
Drive client retention and contribute to achieving new business revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and oversee administrative processes.
What you need to have:
University degree.
Minimum 5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
Proven expertise in large corporate general lines insurance, with strong knowledge of property portfolios.
Experience working with Chinese clients or being from China is essential, as this role will primarily deal with Chinese clients in Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in English is preferred.
