Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.
At Lonza, we are looking for a General Counsel for the Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI) Business — a globally influential and strategically critical role. As the primary legal advisor for CHI worldwide, you will shape legal governance, safeguard compliance, and enable commercial success across multiple jurisdictions.
Based in Basel you will work closely with senior leaders across CHI and Lonza Group, acting as a trusted partner on complex strategic matters ranging from commercial transactions and corporate governance to regulatory affairs, risk management, and litigation. This role requires a global mindset, broad legal expertise, and the ability to translate legal strategy into business impact.
