Bridge Fund Financial Services is seeking a Vice President of Fund Analytics to play a critical role in shaping and delivering analytical insights across our private equity platform. This individual will own fund-level analytics, performance measurement, and reporting, partnering closely with Investment, Finance, Investor Relations, and senior leadership to support decision-making, fund management, and investor communications. The role blends deep analytical rigor with strong business judgment, requiring the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead fund-level performance analytics across investment vehicles, including ownership of IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and attribution analysis
Analyze historical and projected fund performance to inform investment strategy and capital allocation decisions
Build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, DAX)
Support quarterly reporting, investor presentations, fundraising, and due diligence in partnership with Investor Relations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of analytics across internal and external materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment, Finance, Fund Accounting, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity and alignment
Support valuation, forecasting, and fund-level planning processes
Enhance and scale analytics frameworks, reporting infrastructure, and data workflows across systems
Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency, transparency, and analytical depth
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across the firm
What you should bring
6–10 years of experience in private equity, asset management, alternatives, investment analytics, fund operations, or related financial roles
Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, performance metrics, and cash flow dynamics
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; exceptional Excel proficiency required
Experience working with fund data, portfolio reporting, and performance analytics
Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, eFront, Geneva, or similar platforms) preferred
Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise narratives for senior stakeholders
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus
